Welcome to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Athletics Registration
Step 1: A reminder that Long Prairie-Grey Eagle School Board policy states that each athlete must have a physical on file every three (3) years. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.
The school district does not provide any type of health or accident insurance incurred by your child at school. Students Assurance Services, Inc. has several options available for your insurance needs. If you are interested in purchasing this insurance, you may pick up the information in the office.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form prior to the start of the season. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required.
Step 3: Pay your Activity Fee online to complete your registration. Please click HERE.

Grades 6, 7 & 8 athletics - $30.00/sport or $75.00/3 sports Grades 9-12 $60.00/sport or $150.00/3 sports. MAXIMUM PER FAMILY $300.00 $25.00 fee for each: Secondary Summer band/lessons, Jazz band, Carolers/Jazz choir, Knowledge bowl, One Act play (this fee applies toward family max). |
